The GARAGE BAND at Friend Historical Society in Friend Nebraska

 At 6pm The Friend Historical Society will be serving a complimentary light soup dinner with free-will offerings accepted.  At 7pm our band will be playing in the "San Carlo Room" which is on the ground floor of the Warren Opera House building.  It adjoins "the Pour House" which is a very cool wine tasting room/bistro.  Guests will be able to move back and forth with drinks and food. Should be a festive evening, and we’d love to see you there!

Come celebrate the end of 2023 with The Garage Band Lincoln. We’ll ring out the old and ring in the new tonight and we would love to see all of you singing with us when we play our favorite tunes. This is a great bar in Lincoln and they have wonderful sandwiches and steaks. Come early for dinner and stick around for the dance tunes! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

The Garage Band plays tunes at The Val Tavern in Valparaiso

The Val Tavern is a sweet oasis of food and drink in Valparaiso Nebraska. Just 25 miles to the north of Lincoln, this destination is a fun evening of food, drinks and music. We’ve played there some, even once on New Years Eve, and these were fun evenings for our band. We’re looking forward to this return trip to The VAL! Why not join us for a good evening of food, drinks, music and dancing?

We will kick off our winery touring at James Arthur Vineyards this year. This beautiful setting has been a yearly venue for the Garage Band and we always enjoy our time playing here. It’s a short drive from Lincoln to Raymond, so come on out with us and enjoy delicious wine and music in this scenic outdoor setting!

2022…. ANOTHER PERFECTLY GOOD YEAR, SHOT TO HELL.

OH WELL, AT LEAST WE CAN HAVE SOME FUN WHILE WE CELEBRATE IT’S DEMISE. THIS IS WHERE WE’LL BE PLAYING TUNES, EATING SOME TASTY FOOD AND GENERALLY HAVING A PARTY WITH OUR FRIENDS. WE’D LOVE TO SEE ALL OF OUR OLD AND NEW FRIENDS ON THIS NIGHT.
